Refund policy

At Reel Therapy Tackle Company, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

To begin a return, please email us at support@reeltherapytackle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the item(s) only—original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

  • We do not accept returns on used products.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
